About The African Festival

The African Festival is a social and behavioral change project that harnesses the power of over 50,000 continental Africans and the diasporas to champion the “Be the Change” Africa needs campaign through Culture, Arts and Music.

Under the theme “KINAKO! Feel Africa, Be the Change”, this festival brings together an extraordinary blend of theatre, music, cotemporally arts, history, and African traditions to inspire collective action towards addressing environmental sustainability across the continent.

The festival aims to create a unique platform where African cultural heritage becomes a force for change, raising awareness about the urgent need to combat climate change while celebrating Africa’s rich artistic diversity.
